In the first of three courses designed to teach you about QuickBooks sales and customers, you will learn how to access customer information and transactions in the Customer Centre. You will review how to add and modify customer records. This course also shows you how to enter invoices, sales receipts and customer payments, record deposits, and print sales documents in batches.
QuickBooks Sales and Customers - Level 2 ![]()
In the second of three courses designed to teach you about QuickBooks sales and customers, you will be shown how to correct various types of transactions entered in the Customer Centre. You will learn more specialized techniques, like entering and applying customer prepayments (deposits), and entering customer overpayments, refunds and credits. Also on the agenda, the setup of finance charges, accounting for NSF cheques, and handling bad debts.
QuickBooks Sales and Customers - Level 3 ![]()
In the third of three courses designed to teach you about QuickBooks sales and customers, you will be shown how to enter estimates and create progress invoices, add billable time and cost expenses to customer invoices, bill items to customers that were drop-shipped from a vendor, enter subtotals and discounts on invoices and prepare customer statements. You will also view various reports.
