Business Information Collection and Use by OnPoint

OnPoint collects the Business Information necessary to enable us to respond to your requests for our products and services and to send you information regarding our products and services from time to time. Since most of the users of our products and services and Web Site are doing so in their capacity as employees or officers of companies, most Business Information we collect will be in that capacity (rather than information about you individually, such as your personal tastes, etc.). For these purposes, we have defined “Business Information” as any information that identifies or may identify a company or an individual contact at a company or that allows OnPoint to contact a company or an individual contact at a company. When you visit the OnPoint Web Site, you may be asked to submit information such as e-mail address, company name, address and telephone number. This information is used to communicate separately with you, facilitate your movements throughout our Web Site, and to be able to selectively send you communications that may be of interest to you, either electronically or otherwise. Generally, you can visit our Web Site without revealing any Business Information about you or your company. We may also ask you where you heard about our company or products, and request information about the value of our products or services or for other information that will help us understand more about your needs and help us process your requests for information. After each live class or after you have purchased a pre-recorded training session, we may ask you to fill out a survey to understand your satisfaction level with respect to our live or pre-recorded training sessions.

Resale or Disclosure of Information to Third Parties

OnPoint does not sell, rent, loan, trade, or license any personal information collected at our Web Site, including contact forms, download requests or email lists.

Privacy of Our Email Lists

Individuals must affirmatively ask to join our mailing lists using the forms provided on this Web Site or other means expressly sanctioned by OnPoint. When you subscribe or sign up to receive newsletters published or offered through the OnPoint Web Site, we will ask you for information necessary to enable us to process your request and to send you information regarding our products and services. We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, or license the addresses on our list to anyone. In addition, we configure our list server software to refuse to divulge the email addresses of our list subscribers to anyone but authorized OnPoint staff, including other list subscribers

Responses to Email Inquiries

When visitors or clients send email inquiries to OnPoint, the return email address is used to answer the email inquiry we receive. OnPoint does not use the return email address for any other purpose and does not share the return email address with any third party.
